Why work with Essential Oils?
Essential Oils are pure plant extracts that contain the essence of the plant they were extracted from.
They are comprised of dozens and sometimes, hundreds of different chemical constituents, each with its own role to play in the day-to-day health and reproductivity of the plant.
They give the plant its unique scent to attract pollinators and bring us joy, they repel pests and predators and provide the plant with its own inbuilt immune system.
When we choose to integrate essential oils into our lives and daily habits, we invite all the magic they possess to help enhance our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
