CAN I START THE WILDFIT 90-DAY CHALLENGE ANY TIME?

The WILDFIT 90-day Challenge is designed to be done in a group environment and therefore will have definitive program start dates throughout the year which will be announced on the website. It is also designed to be started on a Monday. Having said that, If you choose to purchase the 1:1 Private Coaching package, you can start on any Monday of your choosing.

WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME, EVEN IF NORMAL DIETS HAVEN’T IN THE PAST?

Above all else, the WILDFIT program is based on one scientific fact: it’s both infuriatingly hard, and unnecessary to try to improve your health through conventional diet and exercise programs. Statistics even show that the average person actually gains 1-2kg for every diet program they try. Because these traditional diets are designed by people who don't approach health problems holistically.

By contrast, the WILDFIT program is based on the principle that ‘every living thing has a natural diet’ and that the degree to which a species can stay on that diet will determine the degree to which it will experience health and longevity.

WILDFIT draws heavily from evolutionary history, nutritional anthropology and modern-day hunter-gatherer communities to map out the perfect natural human diet. When this is combined with the powerful science of behavioural psychology, it makes for a body transformation program that’s more permanently effective than anything else out there.

So yes, I’m confident that WILDFIT will do wonders for your body and overall well being - no matter your past experiences with weight loss or healing.

WHAT KIND OF WEIGHT OR HEALTH LEVEL SHOULD I CURRENTLY BE AT TO BENEFIT FROM WILDFIT?

It doesn’t matter where you’re at now - because WILDFIT is designed to meet you there, and take you where you need to be. Our students range from people with severe health issues to high-performance athletes. Many come to us with a variety of goals including: weight loss, weight gain, more energy, symptom reduction, better sleep, levels of intimacy and fertility, and even an overall desire to feel better and have more energy.

Also, 96% of people who start WILDFIT, finish it. Which further proves that it’s suitable and effective for anyone at any fitness or weight level.

WILL I NEED TO PURCHASE ANY SUPPLEMENTS OR EXPENSIVE ADD-ONS?

You will not be asked to fork out any extra for expensive (and frankly, unnecessary, if you’re following the WILDFIT principles), supplements or any “special” add-ons. Once you pay for the WILDFIT 90-day Challenge, that’s it, no hidden or ongoing costs or charges.

WHAT IF I’M ALREADY EATING ACCORDING TO A PALEO OR KETO DIET?

There are many similarities between WILDFIT and the Paleo Diet and the Keto Diet. However, what distinguishes WILDFIT is the enormous emphasis we place on mindset and behavioUral change. Instead of just telling you what to eat, we give you the tools to rewire your thoughts (and therefore, your actions) around food, alcohol, caffeine, and much more.

I’M ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN TYPES OF FOOD. CAN WILDFIT HELP ME?

We highly recommend you first consult your doctor regarding any food allergies you may think you have. If you indeed have any confirmed allergies to any of the foods recommended in the WILDFIT program, please avoid them. With that said, the WILDFIT program is not a hyper-restrictive diet where you’ll be limited to a restrictive range of foods.

Interestingly, because of the way WILDFIT is structured, some of our past students discovered that they had attributed the wrong type of food to their allergies and chronic inflammation. While we can’t guarantee this will be the case for you, WILDFIT will certainly help you gather plenty of insights and data on how certain foods can impact your unique body composition.

WILL I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN A RIGOROUS EXERCISE PROGRAM?

While we understand that exercise plays a helpful role in creating a healthy you, at WILDFIT we are more concerned with what you put into your body than how you use it, so there won’t be a rigorous exercise program to have to stick to. That said, we will encourage you to include some intentional movement every day such as going for a brisk long walk, and including some daily stretching.

I REALLY WANT TO ENROL IN THE PROGRAM, BUT I’VE JUST GOT SO MUCH ON OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS?

I get it, 13 weeks is a huge time commitment and waiting for the “right” time to present itself, might seem an impossibility. However, there’s a reason you reached out to me right now and want to learn more about WILDFIT and how it can help you achieve your goals.

A better question to ask yourself would be, “If I didn’t do something now, how would things look for me in 6 months? 1 year? 3 years?” The truth is there will never be a perfect time, but if you’re serious about investing in better health and weight outcomes for yourself, then you’ll find a way to make it work. It all comes down to whether you think you’re worth it.

IS WILDFIT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?

Yes, you can definitely still do WILDFIT and experience the various health benefits that come with it. But just keep in mind that the WILDFIT approach will recommend certain animal-based foods at certain parts of the 90-day program, which you can substitute with other plant-based foods that align with your dietary choices.

WILL WILDFIT GET RID OF DISEASES?

WILDFIT is not a medical program and should not be taken as medical advice. While clients have reported normalised blood sugar, disappearing allergies, healthy weight release, and a dramatic reduction of various symptoms, these are simply side effects of living a better lifestyle.

While many clients have eliminated various symptoms and ailments - and reduced their dependency on medication - we suggest that before making any major changes to your health-care plans (including medication dosage) you should consult your medical practitioner.

I REALLY WANT TO DO THE 90-DAY PROGRAM, BUT I JUST CAN’T AFFORD IT?

For fear of repeating myself, a better question to ask yourself would be, “If I didn’t do something now, how would things look for me in 6 months? 1 year? 3 years?” How expensive could it potentially be if you suddenly feel really ill and had to take a lot of un-paid time off work, or had to start paying mounting medical bills? How much is your health, energy, longevity worth to you? And how much do you think you could potentially save by getting on the right side of your health and weight NOW? Again, I’ll repeat myself, if you’re serious about investing in better health and weight outcomes for yourself, then you’ll find a way to make it work. It all comes down to whether you think you’re worth it.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS PART WAY THROUGH THE PROGRAM THAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CONTINUE?

While I will always suggest first that we sit together to nut through your challenges to see if there’s any possibility of helping you stay the course, once you purchase the program, it’s your’s for life, which is to say, you can re-visit the video component any time you want. I’m also open to discussing a coaching solution for the missed portion of the program.

DO I HAVE TO JOIN A GROUP CHALLENGE OR CAN I GET ONE ON ONE COACHING?

WILDFIT is best experienced as a group challenge. There’s a lot of evidence that points to increased success rates when people join a community - everyone is there to support and keep each other accountable.

Having said that, sometimes clients want the One on One coaching experience and this can certainly be organised if you or you and your partner or a friend would prefer this type of arrangement.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE WILDFIT PROGRAM?

Don't. Don't change a thing until the program begins. You may be tempted to start making changes or improving your habits, but the WILDFIT program works best when you simply arrive as you are; not on best behaviour.
For now, keep eating normally and don't change a thing.

Programs that simply ask you to give up things you still want are doomed to failure; WILDFIT will help you permanently change the way you view your diet and the decisions you make in the future.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T REACH MY WEIGHT OR HEALTH GOALS BY THE END OF THE 90-DAY CHALLENGE?

The WILDFIT 90-day Challenge is not the end goal, but the beginning of a lifetime journey of optimising your health and vitality. For some people with serious health concerns or a lot of weight to lose, 90 days may not be long enough to achieve their desired goals, but this is where they get to put all their new WILDFIT lifestyle principles into practice to continue on the trajectory on which they started in the previous 90 days. Many also chose ongoing coaching support or other packages to help them stay or correct their course whenever they need it.
